- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4), on behalf of the Coatesville VA Medical Center, anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price service contract for Ice Machine Maintenance. These services are being acquired in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
