V1.0 4-1680NSSC20Q0133Synopsis:NASA/NSSC has a requirement for 3261130-0103 OXYGEN SYSTEM, EJECTION SEAT.NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Blue Aerospace LLC 6211 N Nob Hill Road City:Tamarac State/Province: FLORIDA ZIP Code: 33321-6201 Country: UNITED STATES under the authority ofFAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that Blue Aerospace LLC is the sole provider of3261130-0103 OXYGEN SYSTEM, EJECTION SEAT.NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC).The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses andprocedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.The NAICS Code for this procurement is 336413.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort inwriting to the identified point of contact not later than 6:00 p.m. Central Standard Time onNovember 29, 2019. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose ofdetermining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
