- Notice of Intent to Award Sole SourceThe Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Joint Base San Antonio, Texas intends to award aFirm Fixed- Price sole source contract to National Marrow Donor Program, under the authority ofFederal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i)-Only One Source Reasonably available (e.g.,urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization) for Brooke ArmyMedical Center, Joint Base San Antonio, TX, for a stem cell transplant patient. The applicableNAICS code for this requirement is 621991- Blood and Organ Banks. The Small Business Size Standardis $32.5 mil.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested and capable sources who submitcapabilities in support of this requirement are responsible for appropriately marking informationif it is proprietary in nature.
