- DESCRIPTION OF INTENT THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Response to this questionnaire is voluntary and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey and any follow-on information requests. Data submitted in response to this market survey will not be returned. No solicitation document exists at this time, and calls requesting a solicitation will not be answered.DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTArmy Contracting Command - Warren, in support of Product Manager Allied Tactical Vehicles seeks contractor information for a potential solution to motivate the Afghan National Defense Security Forces (ANDSF) to attend/participate in contractor provided Training and Mentoring (T&M) for the maintenance and supply chain management of its entire ground fleet.The US Government and Coalition Forces have funded several efforts over the last seven years to T&M the ANDSF in developing an organic capability in maintaining, sustaining, and supply chain management of its fleet of ground vehicles and equipment.The USG requests industry to provide information on potential solutions to motivate the ANDSF to participate in and complete an entire training curriculum.
