Description: The 45th Space Wing/45th Contracting Squadron is seeking sources for a cellular phone application which can interface with the Eastern Range lightning system, and provide warning to personnel based upon their GPS location. The app will warn personnel of a lightning strike within a configurable distance of their current location, and within a configurable time (default is 5 nautical miles within the last 20 minutes).
