Turn right (east) on Hwy 53. HWY 53 turns into Hwy 258. Travel east on Hwy 258 (South Marine Blvd) to Henderson Dr. Turn left on Henderson Drive to Gum Branch Road. Turn left on Gum Branch Road to Western Blvd. Turn right on Western Blvd. Travel south on Western Blvd to hwy 17. Turn left (Northeast) onto Hwy 17 to Piney Green Road. Turn right on to Piney Green Road to Hwy 24. Turn right onto Hwy 24 and then turn left onto Holcomb Blvd. Travel south on Holcomb Blvd. until it ends at the New River.Minimum Sq. Ft. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.Expressions of Interest must be received in writing no later than December 20th, 2019 at 4:30 PM EST, and should include the following information at a minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): Building name, address and email address of authorized individual to be contacted; Location of space in the building and date of availability; Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rate per RSF; ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet; Scaled floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space; The date that the space will be available; Site plan showing parking area(s) and loading area(s).Owners, brokers, or agents may offer space for consideration.
