All proprietary or competition sensitive information should be clearly marked for proper protection. The information provided may be used by the Army in developing a future Performance Work Statement, Statement of Objectives and/or Performance Based Specification(s).DESCRIPTIONCCDC AC is seeking AI based decision agent tools, architecture, algorithms and advanced automation capability to assist in providing next generation combat vehicle with capabilities to plan, coordinate and synchronize fires and maneuver for air-to-ground operations. The objective of AI based decision aids system is to provide soldiers with the ability to exploit available data (i.e. historical and real-time data for both friendly and enemy) using AI/ML algorithms in order to optimize their ability to make efficient and faster decisions utilizing distributed approach for collaborative engagement and scalable effects. Consequently, fire execution and lethality will improve significantly. CCDC AC is seeking input from industry, academia and Other Government Agencies (OGA) on the exploration, development and implementation of innovative AI algorithms and tools for direct warfighting applications that will significantly improve the ability of the Warfighter to accelerate sensor-to-shooter timelines in dynamic environment for tactical domain while reducing cognitive load. DEFINITIONS:Fire execution time: Time that it takes to acquire a target and targeting guidance all the way to its fire execution and battle damage assessment while considering air-space and fire coordination process.Collaborative engagements: Coordinated effects between several entities to engage the enemy.INFORMATION REQUESTED Sources able to provide the requested information are invited to submit a white paper limited to 10 pages.
