- The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ) Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, 07806-5000, on behalf of the U.S. Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Armaments Center (AC), Enterprise & Systems Integration Center (ESIC) is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources that are capable of providing Conference Room Upgrades of the current conference room equipment and facilities to Building 12 for the Systems Analysis Branch in the Systems Engineering Directorate (SED).The existing conference room facilities and equipment in Building 12 are outdated and lack many features necessary for employees to perform necessary work functions such as collaboration amongst teams and the presentation of information to the workforce. This significantly hinders work performance and mission. This effort will improve the functionality and usability of the conference room facilities. These rooms are frequently used to support projects and individuals by enabling collaborative meetings, project development, and training, among other functions, to occur.Each potential source is requested to provide the contract number(s), dollar value(s) and brief description of work previously or currently being performed, which specifically demonstrates the contractor's ability to successfully satisfy the requirements of the Technical Services. Firms shall also provide point of contact information, where available, for the efforts cited above. In addition, please provide the firm’s name and address, point of contact with telephone number and email address, CAGE Code and DUNS number, and size of business (i.e. large, small, disadvantaged, veteran owned, woman owned, etc.).Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement.To be considered as a capable source for this effort, Offerors shall provide the following requested information as follows. There are a total of 6 conference rooms that will require the following equipment in various quantities and upgrades including installation:a. Video wall display, LED, roughly 13’ x 8’ in siz i. Capable of high definition ii. Capable of at least two simultaneous displays (split screen)b. Multimedia lectern i. Can control video wall display via connections integrated into tables ii. Must have its own display to mirror what is shown on video wallc. Video teleconferencing i. Unsecure (VTC) - through commercial phone system ii. Secure (SVTC) iii. Must be able to switch between the two security modesd. Audio system i. Microphone for presenter that is mobile (can be attached/removed) and integrated into room audio ii. Additional microphones (x6) that can be stationed throughout room to capture voice 1. Must have mute capability iii. Room audio to broadcast presenter or output from connected computerse. Chairs that are attached to tables i. Replace with something that does not swivelf. Video projector i. Capable of displaying video signals, including HD and 4K ii. Mounted to ceiling or wallg. Information Technology (IT) necessary to connect computers via HDMI output and have display appear on video wall in presentation roomh. IT control system i. Connect computers via, at a minimum, HDMI to video projector 1. Connection through table, not direct to projector ii. Controls display, VTC, SVTCi. Display screen i. 100” x 60” (roughly) ii. Motorizedj. Video teleconferencing i. Unsecure (VTC) - through commercial phone systemk. Television 65” i. Capable of displaying HD and 4Kl. Short throw video projector i. Capable of displaying video signals, including HD and 4K ii. Mounted to ceiling or wallAll companies interested in this notice must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM).This market survey is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or as an obligation on the part of the US Government. All information submitted will be held in a confidential status.
