- Linac High Power Klystrons for ANL APS OperationsArgonne National Laboratory (ANL) Advanced Photon Source (APS) is interested in purchasing Canon E3712 klystrons or “equal klystrons.” The salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics that ‘‘equal’’ products must meet are specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). Several important specifications required for the purchase of this klystron are: rf frequency, peak rf output power, rf pulse width, peak rf drive power, efficiency, gain & beam perveance. Refer to attached SOW and Evaluation Criteria.
