Description

The subject solicitation is for one NSN listed below, with the name, item description and ADQ.4810-01-349-7231 SOLENOID VALVE, ADQ 30An indefinite quantity contract with three base years and two possible option years is anticipated. The totalduration, base period plus option years shall not exceed 5 years.Items will be inspection and acceptance at Origin and FOB Origin as the item is part of the First DestinationTransportation Program.Packaging depends on the NSN, please review Product Item Description for the NSN for correct packaging.Items are for DLA Direct (Stock) support.The NSN will have quantity breaks, and Government required delivery will be notated on the solicitation.Unrestricted.Item is code and part numbered and is currently listed with two approved sources:Transdigm DBA Aero Fluid (96124) P/N 520100-2Boeing (0PXV4) P/N 520100-2Boeing (76301) P/N 520100-2Alternate offers are accepted.The solicitation will be made available on DIBBS at: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil under Requests for Proposals (RFP) on or around the solicitation date of December 06, 2019.Based on market research the Government will be using policies of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items is anticipated, and informal cost and pricing data may be required.While Price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance, delivery and any other factors listed in the solicitation.All interested suppliers may provide a proposal, See solicitation on procedures to submit a proposal.Please be sure to review and return all solicitation documents and attachments as part of your offer.
