Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL. 33744 has a need to purchase replacement UPS batteries. The RFQ # is 36C24820Q0159.This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06 (09-10-2019). The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The NAICS Code is 335911; the size standard is 1250 employees. SDVOSBs shall be registered in VIP.Responses shall be an all or none basis, no partial submissions will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all.All quotes are due NLT 25 November 2019; 2:00 PM EST via e-mail to: cynetra.moore@va.govThe Subject Line of the response e-mail shall include RFQ 36C24820Q0159.
