- Pre-Solicitation NoticeThe Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award a sole source agreement to a nursing facility in the VA Medical Center Erie, PA catchment area (Crawford County) for the provision of onsite nursing home services for eligible Veteran recipients currently housed at that facility.
