Description

This notice is the pre-solicitation notice associated with sources sought notice W58RGZ-18-R-0043, posted on 23 September 2019.Upon review of the sources that responded to the above referenced notice, the United States Government (USG), the United States Government (USG) Army Contracting Command Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) entitled “Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements” for the procurement of post-production support services, inclusive of labor, materials, equipment and equipment transportation, for Apache Attack Helicopter (AH-64D/E) configurations to The Boeing Company, 5000 E McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ. 85215, CAGE Code: 48T42.The AH-64D/E technical data packages are held by The Boeing Company Mesa located at 5000 E McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215.In accordance with FAR 5.2, interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response by 12:00PM CST on 2 December 2019.
