Description

FA480319BA003_AMENDMENT05_SF30This is the FIFTH AMENDMENT to the 1442 which was issued 4 October 2019. We have received multiple calls and emails with concern over the migration from FBO to Beta SAM. Amendment05 is to address these concerns by extending the Bid Due date to 5 December 2019 at 2:00PM ET and Bid Open Date to 6 December 2019 at 2:00PM ET. The government is currently unable to upload any attachments to Beta SAM. Therefore, the SF30 and update to Attachment 13.0 will be uploaded at a later time when the system will allows us to attach documents. FA480319BA003_AMENDMENT04_SF30This is the FOURTH AMENDMENT to the 1442 which was issued 4 October 2019. The attachments associated with this upload to FBO are as follows:SF30Attchmt 13-0 TO IFB B216_Amendment03. Please note Government is aware that this Attchmt Amendment is 03 and not 04. This is because not every attchmt is always updated each and every time an Amendment is issued. Therefore, attchmt amendment number and SF 30 amendment number will not match.
