Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) 36C26220R0026. Submit written offers in accordance with Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2019-06. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 811219, with a size standard of $22.0M apply to this procurement. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation required to maintain and repair the Rauland Responder nurse call system after business hours and holidays.Questions or comments must be provided to Allan Dela Cruz via email no later than Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 10:00 AM (PST) to Allan Dela Cruz at allan.delacruz@va.gov.Proposals must be sent to Allan Dela Cruz at allan.delacruz@va.gov no later than Monday, November 25, 2019 at 10:00 AM (PST).Please see attachment S02 36C26220R0026 Rauland Responder Units.
