Description

The Naval Air Warfare Command - Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Integrated Battlespace Simulation & Test Department (IBST), intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Advanced Acoustic Concepts, 425 Oser Avenue, Hauppauge, NY 11788, for the procurement of an Acoustics Simulator. In more detail, the simulator will support experimentation, and test and evaluation, of new and emerging anti-submarine warfare technologies, sensors and software systems for the P-8 Aircraft.REQUIREMENTS:The requirement(s) will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority to purchase experimental items under Title 10 U.S.C 2373. Under this effort, the Contractor shall provide the following items: CASE PAXSIL Lab System CASE FI MAC-E BuildThis notice is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals or capability statements. Henry Dreyer IV (631-273-5700) is the point of contact at Advanced Acoustic Concepts for any subcontracting opportunities. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government and is based on an approval to utilize the authority under Title 10 U.S.C 2373.
