Description

The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to 1) revise requirement from 8-seat golf carts to 6-seat golf carts, 2) revise estimated quantities of golf carts required, 3) change the period of performance start date to 12/2/2019, and 4) extend the solicitation response to 11/18/2019 at 8:00 am EDT. 1) Description of services will change from, Contractor shall provide (20) 8-seat golf carts and (6) 2-seat golf carts to the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery located at 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211. Carts shall be delivered one business day prior to and retrieved one business day from the following days:1. Veterans Day [11/11/2019 | 11/11/2020 | 11/11/2021 | 11/11/2022 | 11/10/2023]2. Memorial Day [5/25/2020 | 5/31/2021 | 5/30/2022 | 5/29/2023 | 5/27/2024]Contractor shall provide (6) 8-seat golf carts and (4) 2-seat golf carts to the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery located at 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211. And, Salient Characteristics of Golf Carts:Both the 8-seat and the 2-seat golf carts shall possess the following minimum specifications:Maximum Speed 12 mphGas Engine: 415 ccHorse Power: 12 hpSteering: self-adjusting rack & pinionFront Suspension: independent leaf springs with dual hydraulic shocksBrakes: 4-wheel mechanical drumAdditional Feature: Roof To: Contractor shall provide (30) 6-seat golf carts and (6) 2-seat golf carts to the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery located at 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211.
