Description: This bridge contract is for Base Operations Support (BOS) Services including Material Management, Ground Transportation and Vehicle Management, Traffic Management Operations, Real Property Maintenance, and Fuels Management. The BOS Services contract includes training for Westover ARB Reservists.Period of Performance is 1 Dec 2019 to 30 Nov 2020. This action will be sole source to Phoenix Management, Inc. (PMI). PMI possesses the performance continuity and unique operational knowledge of the services required to support the base to prevent a lapse of mission essential services required for AFRC mission requirements.
