Description

OASIS SB Pool 1 Award Announcement Phase 1 Rolling AwardsIn accordance with OASIS SB Pools 1, 3, & 4 On-Ramp Solicitation number GS00Q13DR0002P1P3P4 Section M.3(i)1, the Government is making awards on a rolling basis to maintain competition levels in light of the significant number of contractors in OASIS Small Business (SB) Pool 1 that re-represented as “Other than Small Business” on or before October 19, 2019. This award announcement is only for the top 40 ranked offers, including those tied at the 40th position, which did not require clarifications or communications regarding matters of responsibility. Evaluations for the remaining 150 awards in OASIS SB Pool 1 are on-going. The lowest adjusted score, after proposal technical evaluation, for these top 40 awards was 6,900 points.If your company is not on the Phase 1 award list, it does not mean you are no longer being considered for award. Only those offerors who have received a FAR 15.503(b) Notification of Unsuccessful Offeror have been removed from consideration. If your company has not received such a notification, then your offer is still under evaluation. Evaluations will continue until all award decisions are made. We anticipate the remaining award decisions to be made during the second quarter of fiscal year 2020.GSA will issue individual notifications to Offeror points of contact who were authorized to access the Offeror's proposal in symphony at the time of proposal submission.Please see attached for the list of OASIS SB Pool 1 Phase 1 apparent successful offerors.
