Description

The United States Coast Guard, Operations System Center, intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii) to Questionmark Corporation, 35 Nutmeg Drive, Suite 330, Trumbull, CT 06611.Questionmark Corp. is the sole manufacturer and distributor of Perception 5. The United States Coast Guard has a requirement to renew Perception 5 Basic Software Support Plan US Renewal which provides critical Service Wide Examination creation tools for administering the United States Cost Guard enlisted workforce Service Wide examinations. The government intends to acquire this support for a Period of Performance of January 1, 2020 - December 31, 2020. This solicitation will be for one (1) Line item with a quantity of 1 each.No qualification requirement is necessary to be eligible for award.All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency.This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes.
