- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to procure Marine Gas Turbine Alteration Installation Teams (MGT AIT) services. A detailed statement or work for the required services will be included in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document. An Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) type contract is intended. Award will be made on a best value trade off basis. The Government will procure these services on a competitive basis utilizing a 100% small business set-aside. The approximate release date for the RFP is 29 November 2019. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the RFP. The RFP will be available electronically under this notice on beta.sam.gov. Offerors must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) as a small business in order to be considered for contract award. See www.sam.gov for further information and instructions on how to register your company.PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations to include California, Florida, Hawaii, Japan, Spain, Virginia, and Washington.Disclaimer: This pre-solicitation notice is for information only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award contracts.
