Description: NASA John F. Kennedy Space Center (KSC) intends to solicit Spica Technology Corporation on a sole source basis for the purchase of a Digital High Speed Image Data Acquisition System with Imaging Software for use with our high speed cameras. Spica Technology is located at 3400 Kehala Dr STE 101, Kihei, HI 96753-9330. KSC will conduct this acquisition pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(2) and 13.501(a)(2)(i), Soliciting from a single source. The attached Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition explains the rationale.
