Description: USAID/Ethiopia intents to execute a non-competitive cost extension (not to exceed nine months, from January 30, 2020 to September 30, 2020) with total estimated cost increase not to exceed $855,000.00 to existing award number AID-663-C-15-00001 titled READ Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) which is being implemented by American Institutes for Research (AIR).
