Description

The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to address questions from prospective vendors. Question 1.: In all sections, are we only quoting the areas currently able to be mowed (ref. 3.1.), trimmed (ref. 3.2.), edged (ref. 3.3.), weed controlled (ref. 3.4.) ? Answer 1.: Reference Attachment A, Sections 3.1., 3.2., 3.3., 3.4., for areas required under CLINs ending in 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 Any changes to the existing areas, to include both increases or decreases to services required, would be subject to adjustment in accordance with FAR 52.212-4(c). Question 2: Does question #1 include along the road to, and around the maintenance building? Answer 2.: Yes. This area will be maintained as unimproved area. Question 3: In 3.1.11.5, All walkways, roads and parking areas shall be swept, Is blowing considered a form of sweeping? Answer 3.: Answer provided in solicitation amendment A0002. Question 4.: In 3.1.11.6, Cemetery grounds area includes all of the Cemetery property to include surrounding areas of inside and outside the fence to the road. Does this include only the areas currently cleared and sodded and/or with grass growing on them, or does it include all property that may be improved and maintainable in the future? Answer 4: Any changes to the existing areas, to include both increases or decreases to services required, would be subject to adjustment in accordance with FAR 52.212-4(c).
