- Description
- The Network Contracting Office (NCO) that supports the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLRVAMC) located in Indianapolis, Indiana will be soliciting and intending to award a firm fixed price contract for armored car services. Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supplies, equipment, transportation, and insurance to provide armored car services for the RLRVAMC Agent Cashier. Request for Quote 36C25020Q1001 will be issued on or around November 13, 2019. Anticipated award date is December 13, 2019 for a period of one year with four one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. If contractors submit questions, they are strongly encouraged to do so within seven calendar days after the issuance of the solicitation. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking the beta.SAM.gov site for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the bid period. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This is 100% unrestricted. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561613 with the size standard of $22 million.
