Description

This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C24620Q0090, will be issued on or about 12 November 2019. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hampton VA Medical Center, Hampton, VA is seeking a contractor to provide all management, administration, and labor necessary to ensure hotel accommodations, conference room, meals, and parking (if applicable) for up to approximately 70 participants consisting of approximately 30 couples and 10 staff members. Room accommodations are only needed for the couples, for a total of 30 rooms. Retreats will be either 1 night/2-day or 2 nights/2 days. Hotel must have at least a three-star rating on www.tripadvisor.com. Hotel and/or Spa must be located within a 15-mile radius of the Hampton VAMC, Hampton, VA. Requirement is for a base and 4 option years. This acquisition shall be procured and awarded using unrestricted procedures. The applicable NAICS Code is 721110 with a size standard of $35 million. Offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
