- JnA •1.0 BACKGROUND The International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) is the world's oldest and largest nonprofit membership organization of police executives, with over 20,000 members in over 100 different countries. IACP's membership consists of the operating chief executives of international, federal, state and local agencies of all sizes. The IACP has long had a reputation for providing top-notch education on the most pressing law enforcement topics. With renowned keynote speakers, forums and technical workshops, and the largest exhibit hall of products and services in the law enforcement community, leaders from around the globe come together at the IACP Annual Conference to foster a continuing exchange of information and experience. In consultation with the Commissioner (C1) and the Deputy Commissioner (C2), the Intergovernmental Public Liaison (IPL) Office was directed to lead the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) effort at any conferences and/or trade shows where we could provide a fact-based understanding of who we are, what we do, and establishing a better understanding of the environments in which we are all operating. These events also serve as prime recruiting opportunities for CBP. •2.0 SCOPE OF WORK The contractor shall provide professional logistical trade show coordination •2.1 Period Of Performance October 26-29, 2019 (refer to section 4.0 for list of recurring annual conferences) 2.2 Place of Performance Chicago, IL •3.0 DESCRIPTION OF TASKS AND DELIVERABLES 3.1 The contractor will provide the items listed below during the IACP Annual Conference dates: •· 1 - 20 ft. x 20 ft. island booth space •· Full Conference registration for eight (8) attendees to include access to all general assemblies, educational sessions, the Exhibit Hall, receptions, IACP's Host Chief Night, and transportation between official hotels, the convention center, and the venues for IACP's Host Chief's Night and the Annual Banquet •· Conference registration for eight (8) attendees to include access rights as afforded to all conference exhibitors. •4.0 Annual International Association of Chiefs of Police Conferences •4.1 In the Base Year of the contract, the booth space shall be provided in Chicago, IL on October 26-29, 2019. Booth space shall also be provided at the following conferences: 4.2 Option Years - •· IACP 2020 - October 17-20, 2020 (New Orleans, LA) •· IACP 2021 - November 6-9, 2021 (Atlanta, GA) •· IACP 2022 - October 15-18, 2022 (Dallas, TX) •· IACP 2023 - Date/Location to be announced 5.0 GENERAL INFORMATION 5.1 Disclosure of Information •5.1.1 Any information made available to the contractor by the government or its customers shall be used only for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this contract.
