Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, FL (NAWCTSD) has a requirement to procure the Technical Upgrade and Completion of the USMC ADVTE, hereinafter referred to as ADVTE-Next. An Industry Day was conducted on 24 Oct 2019 at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, San Diego, CA. As a follow-up to the Industry Day, NAWCTSD will host ADVTE-Next One-on-One sessions on 13 and 15 Nov 2019 at NAWCTSD Orlando. The purpose of the one-on-one sessions is to give interested Prime Contractor representatives the opportunity to ask questions related to the draft requirements documents. Each interested prime contractor will be limited to a 60-minute session with the Government. The Government will allow either face-to-face sessions or one-on-one sessions via Teleconference. Questions related to schedule, acquisition strategy, and/or contracting approach will not be answered at this time. The Industry Day slides that were presented on 24 Oct 2019 are available upon request via Department of Defense Secure Access Exchange (DoD SAFE). The Government is currently working on its responses to questions received during the Industry Day and plans to post them at a later date. Targeted Audience: Any interested parties that intend to perform as the primary focal point, aka Prime Contractor for the ADVTE-Next effort. Prime contractors are any U.S. company with current ability to process and store classified data, and personnel with current security clearances to satisfy the ADVTE-Next requirements as a Prime. A party intending to perform in a subsidiary role, aka Subcontractors, should coordinate its attendance with a Prime Contractor. U.S. companies interested in attending the ADVTE-Next One-on-one sessions shall submit an attendance request to Ms. Nicole Pinkney via email at Nicole.Pinkney@navy.mil no later than 06 Nov 2019 at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). All attendance requests must include company name, attendees ™ names, email addresses, phone numbers, and company address. Participation shall be limited to a maximum of five representatives to attend the ADVTE One-on-One sessions. Draft versions of requirement documents (i.e. SOW, Specification) will be provided to interested parties identifying themselves as potential Prime contractors in the attendance request via Department of Defense Secure Access Exchange (DoD SAFE). Dress Business casual. No audio/visual recording devices of any kind will be permitted.
