Description
Note: This market survey is open to all small businesses. It is not limited to GSA schedule holders. This sources sought notice is a market survey for small business firms that perform Asbestos, Lead, and/or Mold Monitoring and Assessments in Honolulu and/or Hilo, HI. GSA is seeking qualified small business sources capable of performing asbestos, lead, and/or mold monitoring and assessments in Honolulu and/or Hilo, HI. Potential scope of work include on-site observation monitoring, clearance inspections, sample taking and testing, in addition to the generation of summary reports describing findings and sample results. The applicable North American Industry Classification code (NAICS) is 541620. The Small Business Size Standard for this code is $16,500,000. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine the interest and capability of potential qualified small business firms for use in future acquisition planning, which includes determining whether a set-aside is appropriate, determining the type of set-aside (e.g. small business set-aside, 8(a), etc.), and determining whether existing Government contract vehicles (e.g. GSA Schedule) can be used. Firms that are interested and capable are requested to email the following information to david.dilks@gsa.gov. 1. Company Name 2. DUNS Number 3. Point of Contact and contact information (email and telephone) 4. Website, if applicable 5. Confirmation of whether your firm is considered small under the NAICS code and associated size standard indicated above 6. Your firm's small business type (e.g., small business, 8(a), HUBZone SB, WOSB, VOSB, SDVOSB, etc.) 7. Indicate if your firm has a GSA schedule contract 8. Capabilities statement or relevant commercial literature showing capability of performing the relevant work in Honolulu and/or Hilo, HI 9. List of recent Government contracts awarded for the same/similar requirements, if available Your response is requested by 4:30 PM HAST on November 18, 2019.
