- Description
- LTC project for NSN 1670-01-362-6889, Electronics Package. Manufacture in accordance with Carleton Life Support, CAGE 99251, P/N 1813-043-02. The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, two-year base period. The estimated annual demand quantity is 335 each for each year of the two-year base period. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 84 each for each year of the two-year base period only. The maximum contract quantity for the life of the contract is 1358 each for the base period. The required production lead-time is 548 days after receipt of order (ARO). FOB at Destination with Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Duration of contract period is 24 months. First Article Contractor test required. Requirement is an Unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is of critical application. Configuration control applies. Shelf-life is required. Higher-level contract quality inspection system is required. Item is an Air Force Critical Safety Item (CSI). Surge and Sustainment is not required. Certified cost or pricing data is required. A Small Business Subcontracting plan is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
