- Attachment 1 - Line Item Listing Attachment 2 Provisions and Clauses Questions and Answers 2 of 2 Questions and Answers 1 of 2 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W50S8R-20-R-0006 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business. The NAICS code that applies is 315990 and business size is 500 employees. This action will result in a FFP purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under Full and Open competition After Exclusion of Sources. Requirement is for Individual Personnel Clothing and Equipage to be delivered to 2404 North Airport Road Mansfield, Ohio 44903-8049. *This is an all-or-none requirement. To be considered responsive, proposals must include all items listed on Attachment 01 Line Items Listing. *Delivery is required no later than 15 February 2020. Contract Line Items: All items are listed on attachment 01 Line Items Listing. Evaluations factors will be Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable and ability to meet required delivery date. Ability to meet required delivery date is approximately equal to price. Proposals must include sufficient detail (data sheets, specifications, etc.) to determine that proposed items meet the minimum salient characteristics as specified in attachment 01 Line Items Listing.
