Description

General Contracting Provisions Proposal instructions, evaluation process, and Statement of Work Cost Table in Excel Automation and Application Requirements This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) from the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (the Board) for consulting services, as described in the below Statement of Work (SOW). BACKGROUND: The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board) requires the services of a qualified Contractor to assist in the planning and development of the Building Automation System (BAS) at the Board The due date for proposals is 2:00 P.M. EST on Friday, November 8, 2019. Offerors shall submit proposals via electronic mail to Helen.H.Nguyen@frb.gov in accordance with the Submittal Instructions section of this RFP, below. A pre-bid teleconference will be held at 2:00 P.M. (EST) on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 for Offerors to ask questions regarding the scope. Dial-in information will be provided to those that submitted an intent to bid. Please submit your intent by 12:00 P.M. (EST) on Monday, November 4, 2019 to Helen.H.Nguuen@frb.gov.
