- Solicitation with : The following work will be performed at the El Paso Border Patrol Station Modular Facility, 9201 Gateway Blvd S., Hondo Pass, El Paso, TX 79924. This project is for a firm fixed-price contract. This procurement will be solicited as a competitive 8(a). The work of this project will be defined by the contract documents. The scope of the work consist of, but is not strictly limited to the following : The contractor will be tasked with f urnishing all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, management, training/certifications, and services, except as may be expressly set forth as Government furnished, and otherwise accomplish all actions necessary to or incident to, perform and provide the work efforts described in the contract. This work shall be in accordance with all Federal, State and local standards as well as the most current version of all applicable consensus standards including any supplements or revisions. In addition to compliance with these laws, the Contractor shall follow all applicable standard industry practices including, but not limited to the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and NIBS. The Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about November 01, 2019; Offers will be due on or about November 11, 2019 (the actual date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation) at 4:00 pm CST. No public bid opening procedures are applicable for this solicitation. Mandatory site visit is scheduled for : Thursday, November 7, 2019, at 9:00am. El Paso Border Patrol Station Modular Facility, 9201 Gateway Blvd S., Hondo Pass El Paso, TX 79924. After award, the vendor shall provide contractual services for a three-month period commencing on January 1, 2020 through March 31, 2020. The Government shall have the unilateral option of extending the term of this contract up to four (4) one (1) year option periods. This procurement will is a 100% 8(a) set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561720 and the size standard is 18 million. This is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable award. Evaluation factors will consist of Past Performance, Technical Capabilities, Management Plan and Price. The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing a secure website known as FedBizOpps. FedBizOpps is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information. It is fully integrated with other electronic government initiatives such as the System for Award Management (SAM) database, and is available for use by all Federal agencies. In order to obtain information from FedBizOpps, you will first be required to register with SAM. The System for Award Management database is a part of the Business Partner Network, an e-gov initiative, and will be used to validate vendor identity. All government contractors must be registered in SAM prior to receiving an award. You may access SAM at the following URLwww.sam.gov. Once you have registered with SAM you will be required to register with FedBizOpps. No federal materials can be downloaded until you have registered under both sites. You may access FedBizOpps via the following UR https://www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the Federal Business Opportunities website for amendment(s), if any, to the solicitation.
