Description

Statement of Work Wage Determination Provisions and Clauses Intro Document. Please sign and return this at the specified closing date and time. Contractor shall provide annual preventive maintenance and repairs on the generators and transfer switches located at the Hopi Health Care Center (HHCC). The facility is located off of Highway 264, MP 388 in Polacca Arizona. The contractor is expected to perform all testing and Maintenance work according to NFP A code and safety standards with the proper personal protective equipment.
