- Microsoft Corporation has been awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling value of $10,000,000,000.00 over a period of 10 years, if all options are exercised. The IDIQ contract number is HQ003420D0001. This task order (TO) is awarded in order to satisfy the IDIQ contract minimum guarantee in Section B2 of the IDIQ contract. The Contractor will not deliver services or submit invoices under this TO. When future TOs are placed for services, the Government will administratively transfer the funds obligated under this TO to those TOs. Prior to the expiration of the base ordering period of the IDIQ contract, the Government will ensure that the Conttractor can invoice for all funds that are satisfying the IDIQ contract minimum guarantee.
