- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-06 (effective October 10, 2019). The solicitation number is 140P8520Q0004, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 335312 with an associated small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single vendor determined to be responsible. Quotes shall be evaluated by lowest price, technically acceptable. DESCRIPTION: The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, has a requirement for two (2) diesel generators, trailer mounted and towable. This is a brand name or equivalent requirement. Equivalent items will be considered. All items must be new and in unused condition.
