Draft Specifications - W9128F20R0003 - Fort Randall Major Unit Rehab Non-Disclosure Agreement to Receive Drawings - FR Major Unit Rehab **UPDATED 30 OCTOBER 2019** DRAFT SPECIFICATIONS - The DRAFT specifications for the Major Unit Rehabilitation project at Ft. Randall Dam, SD are hereby uploaded and are available for review. All recommendations, questions and concerns shall be submitted via ProjNet as specified in the draft specifications package. For situational awareness, recommendations, questions or concerns entered into ProjNet are NOT required to be answered by the Government. All information submitted will be reviewed by the Project Delivery Team to determine if changes to the specifications should be made. As a reminder, the draft specifications are not the final version and changes to the documents will likely be accomplished. In order to receive a draft copy of the drawings, offerors must have an ACTIVE SAM profile and must return a completed copy of the attached "Non-Disclosure Agreement to Receive Drawings" to Jessica Jackson at Jessica.R.Jackson@usace.army.mil. Once a completed Non-Disclosure Agreement is received and the SAM profile is verified as being active, the drawings will be provided to the contractor.
