- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a requirement for Chiller Maintenance. The Contractor shall provide all transportation, material hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise to complete the services. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Place of Performance: The Services will be completed at the Charles George VA Medical Center (VAMC) - Charles George VA Medical Center 1100 Tunnel Road Asheville, NC 28805 Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be a one (1) year base period and four (4) one year option renewal periods, with a base year starting December 1, 2019 November 30, 2020 in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100 % Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a Size Standard of $15.0 Million. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about November 1, 2019 via Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website via https://www.fbo.gov/. All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at the FedBizOpps website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the following: SAM database at https://www.sam.gov Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) must be registered and verified in VetBiz. Vendors can access VetBiz at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ This is a PRESOLICITATION ONLY. This is not a request for pricing at this time.
