- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to solicit and negotiate a Fixed Price Contract for the items listed below from Acromag Inc. Wixom MI CAGE 05918. These cards are highly customized and the design and data rights are proprietary to Acromag. The cards are part of a configuration designed and proven to duplicate a shipboard system, allowing software development based on simulation of the shipboard operational requirement in a controlled environment. Temp. 3 each AP520-64E-LF Serial I/O device, Octal EIA/TIA-232E, 256-byteFIFO, ext. temp. 1 eachAPSW-API-WIN AcroPack Windows Driver Software This is the only notice that will be posted on FedBizOps prior to contract award. Acromag Inc. will receive a Request for Proposal from the Government on a Sole Source basis. This acquisition is being pursued on a Part Number Basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The Government will consider all responses received within 15 days after the publication of the applicable synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government.
