Ft. (ABOA): 19,145 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,100 Space Type : Office (12,220 ABOA), Warehouse (6,925 ABOA), Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 176 Parking Spaces: 107 Public/Employee (Unsecured), 69 spaces within the.7 acre wareyard (Secured). Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 18 years with TIs amortized over 10 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: 12,220 ABOA SF of Office Space must be contiguous on one floor.
