Description

THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO FA487720Q0002: This is an amendment to the solicitation to include mass casualty (MASCAS) services in addition to the OPFOR service previously requested. The solicitation has been extended until 1200, 30 October 2019 in order to allow interested parties to adjust their pricing. Questions must be submitted by 1000, 30 October 2019. The awarded contract will have a revised performance work statement (PWS) to include the following verbiage: Contractor must provide combat rescue services to include simulated mass casualties (MASCAS) in addition to OPFOR services from 04NOV19 to 07NOV19 at Fort Huachuca, AZ. Contractor must be able to gain access to Davis-Monthan AFB in order to provide white cell logistical support (i.e., taking active duty airman from base to the helicopter landing zones to act as survivors) to the exercise. Contractor must be able to provide a simulated MASCAS scenario with patients simulating realistic injuries sustained in combat (i.e., with realistic mannequins, and/or role players, etc.). For specialty background, contractor should have familiarity with combat rescue operations and be able to provide realistic OPFOR presentations to ensure all personnel in attendance receive adequate training for real-life combat scenarios.
