Description

The Fayetteville VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1100 N. College Ave., Fayetteville, Arkansas has a requirement for contract pharmacy (prescription drug filling) services. The contractor shall provide all hardware, software, tools, labor, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to provide urgent/emergency prescription drug filling services for the Fayetteville, Arkansas VA Medical Center and associated Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) located in Fort Smith, AR; Harrison, AR; Ozark, AR; Jay, OK; Branson, MO; Mt. Vernon, MO; Joplin, MO; and Springfield, MO, in complete and strict accordance with the solicitation/contract, and all attachments thereto. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about October 31, 2019, which will contain the specific instructions and requirements. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled, Small Business (SB) set-aside under NAICS code 446110, with a small business size standard of $27,500,000.00. All interested parties must be registered as a SDVOSB in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Vendor Information Pages (VIP) as of both the response due date of this solicitation and the date of contract award, as well as being registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov on the date of contract award. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only. This is not a request for pricing at this time.
