- Sample 3 ZTP Sample 2 YP Prop Sample 1 AM Tailcone SOW DO1 AMTC Mfg Study CDRL A014 CDRL A013 CDRL A012 CRDL A011 CDRL A010 CDRL A009 CRDL A008 CDRL A007 CDRL A006 CDRL A005 CDRL A004 CDRL A003 CRDL A002 CDRL A001 N0016719R0009 Solicitation Draft The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to issue Solicitation No. N00167-19-R-0009, Propulsor Demonstration Hardware. This requirement is for the development and execution of conceptual designs, manufacturing engineering and production feasibility studies, manufacturing design drawings and plans, fabrication, and assembly of R&D propulsor hardware components. The NAICS code will be 336611, size standard 1250 employees. The PSC will be 2010 - Ship and Boat Propulsion Components. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Completion contract with an ordering period of five years. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued on or around November 15, 2019. Interested firms may view and/or download the solicitation, attachments, and any amendments only from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov once it is posted. It is the prospective Offeror's responsibility to monitor the FBO website for changes to this notice, announcements, or amendments to the solicitation. Interested firms are advised to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of proposals. This pre-solicitation notice is for the purpose of informing industry that the Propulsor Demonstration Hardware solicitation will be posted to FBO.gov. This notice is not a request for proposal. Proposals submitted as a result of this pre-solicitation notice will not be accepted and the Government will not reimburse for a proposal/response provided. Included with this notice is the draft Solicitation, Draft Sample Tasks 1-3, and Draft DO 1 SOW. The draft documents are being provided to request comments, recommendations, and questions from potential offerors. Interested offerors should contact the POCs listed in the announcement with the DD Form 2345 to retrieve drawings mentioned in the SOW. As part of the response, the offerors at a minimum shall: 1. List business size 2. Demonstrate the capability to meet the requirements 3. Inform the Government if barriers exist that would not allow for the offeror to propose The response is limited to ten pages. Please note that no Government response will be provided to questions/comments submitted in response to this notice and respondents will NOT be notified of the results of the sources sought. All questions/comments/recommendations will be reviewed by the Government to assist in identifying revisions to be incorporated in the final documents.
