Description

The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is soliciting quotations under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 36C786-20-Q-0052 to supply topsoil for Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses (SBs). The NAICS Code is 325314; Size Standard is 500 employees. Offers received from concerns that are not SB s shall not be considered. Units shall be in accordance with the Price Schedule and terms and conditions contained in the solicitation. The Government will award a Blanket Purchase Agreement using the best value tradeoff approach resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government regarding price. In addition, the Government intends to award without discussions. Therefore, the offeror s initial proposal should contain optimal terms from a price and technical standpoint. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from Federal Business Opportunities http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around October 28, 2019. Responses to the solicitation are due by 4:00 p.m. EST on November 4, 2019. The question and answering period commences on October 28, 2019 and concludes on October 31, 2019 by 4:00 p.m EST. Awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov and registered in www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ All proposals must be submitted through the Department of Veterans Affairs vendor portal website in order to be considered for award.
