- Project # CM19239002, PR# 1000080922, NSN 5945-00-225-8692 Item Description: Relay, Electromagnet Set Aside Type: Unrestricted Full and Open Competition NAICS Code 335314 Size Standard: 750 Qualified Products List (QPL) QPL Source: Leach International Corp (58657) AMC/AMSC: 1/T Estimated ADQ: 480 DLA Direct Shipping FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. FDT Applies The Government's required delviery is 160 days. The scope of this acquisition is for a firm fixed price Indefinate Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 5945-00-225-8692. The Government is pursuing this IQC for a 1 year base period and 4, one year options. The total contract value is not to exceed $1,477,440. At the time of solicitation there is one NSN being procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP) - DLA Land and Maritime. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources and their suppliers under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved QPL source: Leach International Corp (58657) This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around November 13, 2019. Hard copies of this solicitation are not avaialble, and must be downloaded from the internetsite above. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and socioeconomic factors as described in the solicitation.
