Amend 0003 revised Exhibit 1 -- SF1449 FEI Facility Engineering, O&M, and Conference Support Services 2019-10-25 Amend 0003 revised 1 - Solicitation FEI Facility Engineering, O&M, and Conference Support Services 2019-10-25 Amend 0003 SF30 extend proposal due date to 21 Nov 19 FEI Facility Engineering, O&M, and Conference Support Services 2019-10-25 The purpose of amendment 0003 is to extend the proposal due date from 31 Oct 2019 to 21 Nov 2019. The time remains at 2:00 PM EST. This change was made on page two of the solicitation and page two of the SF 1449; both are revised and included with this amendment. This change will likely change the start of the performance period but that is not certain at this time and it is uncertain what would be the new start date; therefore, the period of performance remains with a 1 Feb 2020 start date at this time.
