- REQUIREMENT TITLE: Leased Office Space for 372nd RCS Notice Type: Request for Information 1. NOTICE: Request For Information (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. The RFI respondees are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website: https://www.fbo.gov and the GSA E-Commerce Central website: http://www.gsa.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. 1.1 The purpose of this Request for Information is to conduct market research for this requirement and to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 531110 which has a corresponding Size standard of $38.5 million in gross receipts. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. 2. PROGRAM DETAILS: Must be around 5,000 sq. ft. of Class A, grey office space to fit approximately 32 people and growing mission requirements. 2.1 DELIVERY PERIOD: Within 4 Months 2.2 LIMITATIONS: Provide a space that must meet the ATFP Standards for security of active duty military, access to AFNET either through VPN or hardwire connection. Office space must be in compliance with AFMAN 32-1084 "Facility Requirements Standards." 3.
