Description

Complete answers and all supporting documentation must be provided with the vendor's submittal by the response date stated in the QSL FBO Sources Sought notification. A vendor who does not meet all of these requirements or who does not submit documentation to support these requirements as requested will not be qualified for the QSL. Vendor must provide responses to the Sources Sought notification via the QSL FBO Package Worksheet. This modification is being done to update the following only: 1. Requirement 8f is now "Air sealing dressing, non-vented - minimum size 3" x 9" (such as but not limited to chest tube dressing, petroleum gauze, etc.)." 2. An amended QSL FBO Package Worksheet has been added to this modified posting. There are no other changes at this time.
