Description
Amendment 0005 is issued to re-open and to extend for receipt of offers, provide an updated The orginal synopsis is changed from to: The Government intends to solicit and issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the production and delivery of Liquid Nitrogen (LN2), Type II, Grade B, MIL-PRF-27401G, dated August 7, 2013. The RFP will be issued on an unrestricted Full an Open competitive basis. The LN2 will be delivered on an f.o.b. destination basis into Customer owned tanks located at Lockheed Martin Littleton, CO. The contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, management, tools, equipment and labor for the delivery of the LN2. The requirement includes related ancillary services such as detention, hot fills, tank over-pressure devices, emergency delivery, and installation/removal/of telemetry systems. The Period of Performance is from 01February 2020 to 31 January 2025. The estimated quantities are outlined in schedule in amendment 0005. The Government intends to award one or more multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contracts, and the Awards will be made to the offerers determined to be the Best Value to the Government, price and other factors considered. The intended awards will be based on using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Process IAW Far 15.101-2. If you do not have internet access, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested.
