- ATTACHMENT 2 - QUESTIONS & ANSWERS OF 10/15/2019 PLEASE READ THIS FBO NOTICE, THIS SF1449 & ITS ATTACHMENTS IN THEIR ENTIRETIES. ***PLEASE READ THIS FBO NOTICE, THE SF1449 & ITS ATTACHMENTS IN THEIR ENTIRETIES*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 12905B20P0003 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. Clauses & Provisions are attached and will be incorporated in the resulted award/order. All Clause & Provisions may be obtained at www.acquisition.gov/far. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561270. This requirement is a Women-Owned Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. USDA ARS intends to award a Firm Fixed Purchase Order (PO ) to the lowest price, technically acceptable, certifed WOSB for continuity of required janitorial services. This order attains limited Janitorial Services for the facility at USDA ARS, PWA, US Salinity Laboratory & NCGR for Citrus & Dates, 450 W. Big Springs Road, Riverside, CA 92507 The Firm Fixed PO will include the following: 1. LIMITED JANITORIAL SERVICES; A BASE YEAR + FOUR (4) OPTION YEARS (EFFECTIVE 11/1/2019) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED SOW AT USDA ARS, SALINITY LABORATORY, 450 W BIG SPRINGS ROAD, RIVERSIDE, CA USDA ARS, SALINITY LAB & NCGR requires a responsive & certified WOSB Contractor to provide all labor, transportation, supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform the services required, except for those items indicated in the SOW. The Contractor shall provide services as indicated in the SOW on Tuesdays and Fridays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m; and will adhere to the Terms & Conditions of the Contract accordingly. Please read the attached documents in their entireties. Interested Contractor should reference the solicitation documents for all Terms & Conditions. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring this website to ensure they have the most current information (i.e. Amendments) for the solicitation. No paper solicitation will be available. TAX EXEMPT: USDA ARS is Tax Exempt (Tax Exempt #720564834F). SAM.GOV REGISTRATION: Vendor must be SAM.gov registered and active at the time they submit a quote; and be certified as a WOSB through CERTIFY.SBA.GOV before award.
